Ltd, was
formed to
provide companies with a business focused HR resource to assist them with HR projects
such as:

the transaction costs associated with internal HR administration.

reduce costs in recruitment.

Providing additional resources to
manage restructures or business wins.
Naturally, agencies are a first call to
supplement HR resources. However, the
forthcoming Agencies Workers Regulations will require companies to over hall
their benefits structures and record keeping to comply with the legislation
such that; the cost benefits of hiring directly or using agencies will be less
clear cut.
An alternative to this scenario is to have
a number of genuine self employed HR personnel who can assist with specific
projects. The benefits are simple really:
